The vocal scores, published by Chappell (New York, c1916), include one copy signed by the composer and two copies which are heavily annotated, including cuts, additional ms. numbers, and alternate text. The orchestra parts consist of 12 folders arranged by instrument, each containing several separate unbound manuscript numbers. The remaining folders contain parts for three duets. The oboe part bears the notice "Opening night, Dec. 27th, 1915, New National Theatre, Washington, D. C., conductor Harold Vicars." The vocal parts are printed engraved music bearing the pl. no. 25914 and the property stamp of Chappell, London. They include piano accompaniment and were possibly taken from a vocal score.
